Bella Hadid
Model
The model has walked for Givenchy, Tom Ford and Chanel, starred in high profile campaigns for Calvin Klein and Balmain and is a Dior beauty ambassador.
No longer Gigi’s little sister, Bella Hadid is a fashion force in her own right, having signed with IMG and walked the runway for Balmain, Tom Ford , Givenchy and Chanel. As the face of Dior Parfums, Hadid scored one of fashion’s most lucrative contracts thanks to her sphinx-like beauty. The model starred in a 10-part ‘behind the scenes’ web series on Dior.com and across the brand and her social media channels (she commands an Instagram following of over 25 million).
In addition to her work for the Parisian house, she closed Fendi’s Haute Fourrere show on the Trevi fountain, shot the cover of three international editions of Vogue, walked for Atelier Versace alongside supers Caroline Murphy and Karen Elson at Atelier Versace and was part of Riccardo Tisci ’s Givenchy “Gang” and the #BalmainArmy. In February 2017, Hadid was announced the new ambassador for Bulgari's accessory lines and as well as the new face and ambassador of TAG Heuer.
The daughter of former model and interior designer Yolanda Hadid and real estate mogul Mohamed Hadid was raised in California before moving to New York to study photography at Parsons. An avid equestrian, Hadid dreamed of competing in the 2016 Rio Olympics, but an ongoing battle with Lyme disease put her dreams on hold.
In 2014, Hadid signed with IMG models and made her runway debut at New York Fashion Week that Autumn. Magazine covers for Vogue Australia, Elle, Teen Vogue and Seventeen followed, as well as campaigns for Givenchy, Calvin Klein and Topshop. Hadid made her debut as an actress in June 2016, starring Tyler Ford’s short film, “Private.”
In December 2016, the industry voted her "Model of the Year" for Model.com's Model of the Year 2016 Awards.
